You know how when you feel a massive zit coming on. well it started like that, but it has been here for a week or two now. It's very painful (maybe because for a while I thought it was a zit and tried popping it) but there's no main pore or white head or black head at all. Im pregnant, and have leaked colostrum, but my breasts are pretty hard right now. Any ideas.

We for sure can't diagnose on line but never try to 'pop' anything protruding from any part of your body.

Where is the 'lump' located?
