Is their a resourse or grant/help for food, gas money for rides to do job search and parole meetings that state mandates, and living expences due to living in a very small town with out public transit or many options for a convicted felon that has been out less then thirty days?

Knowing your state, county, or country would be a big help. Without more information, the local health and human services would be the place to get information, or your parole officer.

There are no direct government grants. There may be social service or non profit help in your area. You can or should talk to
1. your parole officer or probation officer about programs
2. the leader of the religious group of your choice
3. welfare office, since I will assume you will be applying

In most areas there are no help at all. In some, I know of programs by religious non profits where you live there and do work and go to programs.

When you get out of prison, in america, thy give you a small check, (normally around 100 dollars, a bus ticket home and a new pair of clothes, ) at least that was at all facilities I know. And they wish you a good life, no help.
