We have budgeted a Draw From Reserves due to anticipated shortfall of income versus expenses for current year and will have to make a General Journal Entry each month. The Income from Reserves is an Income Account and I need to know the corresponding Debit account that should be used. I did not know if it should come from Retained Earnings as our Equity Accounts are all Trust Accounts. Help! We are a not-for-profit church.
