There is water accumulating on the top shelf of my refrigerator. At first we thought it was the water bottle leaking. We took it out and the problem remains. We wipe it up and it always comes back. Maybe a couple of times a day - more or less.

More info please. What style of fridge? Do you have a water filter in it? Etc? Could be condensation or melting ice from the top freezer.
