I suffered an ectopic pregnancy in June 2013. My periods came back in late July. I've missed 4 periods. I started spotting last night. Today, I'm bleeding & hurting so bad I can barely stand. Should I go get checked out by my doctor? Or is it just my periods comig back?

I would go see your doctor. Especially if you're hurting bad.
