1) No sex for 3 months
2) Regular periods
= probably NOT pregnant. There is a very very rare chance of pregnancy, because a few women do have a first period, and even fewer have more than one.
You probably have a stomach virus, a flu, or any number of other things.

Stomach virus, flu, ulcers, or a number of things.
If no sex for 3 months, and regular periods, pregnancy would have been last thing on my list to consider.

I would consider the last things you ate, or a virus before pregnancy.

Where exactly is the belly pain? (Above or below navel, left or right side?)
Could be many things as said, and two more are gallbladder blockage/inflammation, or appendix.

Below navel is still not specific enough. How far below, how far right or left.

No way to tell from what you write - but it certainly sounds like digestive problems. Belching bad taste + gurgling sounds in your lower abdomen could be anything from a stomach virus to an infected or blocked gallbladder. If the taste in your mouth is VERY bitter, that can be bile, which is secreted by the gallbladder.
Anyway, I am only guessing, and you really will have to see a doctor for tests.
