I'm 18. Anyway For the past month I've been having my period symptoms (breast swelling sore/tenderness, abdominal pain/cramps, body temp higher than normal, and I've been extremely emotional and moody) last week was a week past my expected date for my period Thursday I had spotting once that morning then nothing all weekend I took two pregnancy test both said not pregnant I took them just to get that out of the way because I haven't had sex in almost 3months and used protection the last time I did I've had the same sex partner for 2 years now and I have no STDs. I've been extremely stressed which may be why I'm late but in getting worried I started to bleed a few hours ago and had clots a lot Of them more than normal and it has a very odd Oder not a normal period blood smell I've never experienced this before and I've never been to a gyno I was going to schedule an appointment Saturday because something just doesn't seem right. What should I do? Should be concerned about my ovaries?

A woman can have all those symptoms and be either late or skipping her period, or pregnant, or something else. There is NO way to know online. Smelly period can be old blood and tissue that just didn't come out right away. You also could have been miscarrying (it isn't clear what your last 3 months have really been), and you will never know. An embryo could have been still smaller than a pea, but your uterine lining would be thickening. Some women have what appears to be a normal period their first month of pregnancy. There's also no way to know if the test results were negative because you weren't pregnant or because you did them wrong, or you are someone who just doesn't show positives on home test.
As for something 'wrong' such as a disease, only a visit to a GYN can answer that.
Usually what you describe is just a late period during a time of stress.
In short, there are too many possibilities. Any woman who has sex should be seen by a GYN regularly anyway.

Only a visit to your doctor, GYN can determine a medical issue. A missed period can happen for hormone issues, stress, diet, change of life style.
Some women do not test positive for pregnancy, in home tests, till very late into pregnancy, while rare it can happen.
But also all signs of a period trying to come, some women even miss a period now and then.
