Every time I use a web browser either Internet Explorer or Google Chrome I receive pop-ups every time I enter a new web page, and randomly through browsing an existing page. How or where do I go to adjust the settings to permanently stop the pop-ups?

Use the Malwarebytes utility to scan and get rid of the malware: Malwarebytes : Thank you for download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (http://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/)
Make sure it updates.

Get Adblock (http://softwarepuppy.com/search/adblock.html) software, it will also remove annoying ads from websites as well. I have it and no pop ups no ads no nothing.
