I'm stuck on this problem. I don't understand the steps I need to take to solve this.

2[2x-(3x-6)] = 3(x-6)

Start by multiplying it out and combine like terms, then solve for x.

Here's the first step: 4x-6x+12=3x-6 Now solve for x.

4x-6x+12=3x-6

The right hand side of this is incorrect. 3(x-6) = 3x-18.
