We had problems with our well pump and got it fixed. The water before the repairs had slowly stopped to no flow in the house. Everything is back on and all breakers are on but there is no water flowing yet. However, we have 3 water heaters and it sounds like water is running in to them now. Will we have to wait for them to all fill before we get flow at the faucets? We were just thinking that perhaps we had sucked everything dry and needed to re prime.

Well you will have to tell us more about what the problem was, what repairs were done and who did them. Also need to tell us what kind of pump, surface or submersible.
It should have not been necessary to drain water heaters to do well repairs. Therefore, heaters should not be refilling. If water heater were drained, they should have been turned off to prevent damage while they were empty.
If water heaters were drained they would not refill until a hot water faucet was opened to let the air out. Of course if they were not drained, you would not hear water running in unless there is a hot water faucet open some where or there is a leak in a hot water line.
In other words you need to tell us what has happened and what was done.
