I am 30 and had tubes tied and cut in 2005 and just got off my period two days ago and for last three days I've woken up nausea and vomiting what could be wrong with me

Food poisoning would be my guess, though I would got to a doctor to confirm this. The chances of becoming pregnant is slim to essentially nill once you've had your tubes tied.
