I will be going on my honeymoon on May 10th in a few months and my period will happen during that time. Is there any way I can make my period come a week earlier?

This can't really be answered. It depends partly on what your birth control is, and partly on chance. There's no guarantee that shortening the next 4 months will make your periods shorted too. Ask the doctor or clinic who prescribes it.

You don't mention what form of birth control you are on. That is important information.

There are also birth control packs that last for three months instead of just one. My wife is on this. She has a period every three months instead of every month. If you use that and time it right then you could be period free for your honeymoon.

Otherwise you might just get a bubble bath and a back rub for your honey moon. It has happened to many women, it sucks but it is a part of life.
