How do I remove the oven door?

Show picture of door. Show picture of edge of door where hinge is. Some oven doors are removed by simply opening the door and then pulling upward.

Every one I have ever seen just slides off hinges with door open when you pull up on it. It could be difficult at first if it's full of dried on dirt.
