Can anyone please help me to find a spare part for my shower taps. There is nothing wrong with the taps but between the them is a handle that diverts water through a flexible shower head hose. Behind this handle and, inside the tap housing, is a plastic "valve" which holds the handle in place and diverts the water through the hose. This valve has broken into 2 parts making the hose useless. Any help or advice will be very gratefully received. Thanks for your time. John.

Hi Tom. Yes indeed the drawing does in fact appear to be the same type of shower taps that I was referring to. There is a plastic valve in the tap housing behind the diverter stem that has broken in half, preventing the water flowing through the flexible hose. Any help that you can provide in obtaining this valve will be very gratefully received The taps are fairly old, they were made by a firm called "Finian". This is the name on the taps. I 'am unable at the moment to obtain one in the uk, where I live. But very many thanks for your interest John.
