Today I found in the unfinished basement, some water drops on the floor. They came from a conduit running the ceiling of the basement. There is a 'junction' type of conduit with two screws in it and then the conduit pipe runs up into the 1st floor. This is a ranch home. There is a little bit of a substance on the one screw. I took the screw out, and no water came out of the hole, but there was still a drop or two on the area where the conduit and this fitting came together. We have been here six years- new home-1st owners. Never saw this beore. Checked all the other 'fitting' on the conduit- no leaks.
