Okay so I had sex with my boyfriend and I forgot that he didn't put a condom on but then he was asking me if I was going to get pregnant and I was like I really don't know because I had just finished my period like the day before that and there was still discharge from it so I told him not to worry because nothing would happen right? But I don't know if that's true. Could I get pregnant from that?

Yes. You can- it's less likely though- because you probably weren't ovulating that day. However, it does happen and can happen.
