I have cold water but no hat water at all.. What's going on? Im a single mom and I don't know anything about this. I live in nc and it was very cold last night. I also have 2 use a kerosene heater in a mobile home.

Try slightly opening the draon spigot on the heater, do you get hot water? A pipe is likely frozen and it could be the cold supply or the hot feeder line

What's going on is the hot water pipes have frozen. The pipes for the hot water from the water heater probably go underneath the floor of your mobile home. A kerosene heater will not provide enough heat to keep the space underneath the mobile home from dropping below freezing. This is especially true if you do not have good underpinning.
At the water heater you will see a valve on the pipe that bring cold water to the water heater. Turn that valve off. This will prevent flooding when the pipes thaw if a pipe has burst.
To restore hot water someone will have to go underneath the mobile home and heat the pipes with a hair dryer.
Heat tapes and insulation should be installed on all water pipes underneath the mobile home to prevent this from reoccurring. The pipes are probably PVC so hopefully none have burst.
