My rheem gas furnace blows but there is no flame. The "ok" led light is on but the flame led light is not on. Please help. Email is [email protected]

You need to reset the furnace by turning off the power to it for about a minute then turning the power back on. While you are watching the furnace have someone turn the thermostat up to create a call for heat. Please observe what happens & report back with as much detail as is practical as to what happens & when. The order & timing of the events is important.
