Our puppy is potty trained. We take turns taking him out every morning. Recently he Will not go out with my boyfriend who tends to spend more time with him then I do. Our puppy prefers I take him out, why is that? He went with my boyfriend to the door outside to potty and then he ran back to our bedroom for me and next thing you know he peed right there. Boyfriend still took him out annoyed, and then puppy would not come in unless I got him. Why is he doing this? He spends more time with boyfriend then me, so this does not make sense.

There's a chance that your boyfriend isn't being kind and patient, and perhaps punished him, yelled, jerked him around - who knows. Your boyfriend might be irritated that he's doing all this when it's your dog. You say you take turns, but you also say he spends more time with the dog than you do.
You need to spend more time taking the pup out yourself, or the poor puppy might unlearn everything he learned, and have a tough time regaining his trust in you.

Talk to your boyfriend without accusing (we don't know the truth). You need to take the dog out, several times a day, at regular times. Watch from a window when he takes him out, and look for any signs of what might be wrong.

I agree, for one reason or another the dog has become wary of your BF. Does your BF spend time with the dog and play with it?
