Only if they refuse to vacate. You DO need to follow the eviction procedure for your area.

Generally this involves a 30 day written notice to vacate. If they do not vacate by the deadline, then you need to file for an eviction order with the local court.

First, have you just asked them to leave, said, "will you move out" or tell them. MOVE OUT on a certain date.

If they will not move out, if you just ask, yes, you can and will have to do a normal legal eviction.
