Can the employer do not give the sponsor letter directly to you?
I have work here for 2 years and I applied my BC PNP and it got rejected due to my income and family size which I did it as my employer said I did through this immigration consultant company which they never give me any advice of which I eligible to apply for PNP or not. I'm pretty sure that they know everything because they have more than 1000 clients in hand. I have paid them to file my file and they just screw me. What can I do?
