I recently got a cut underneath my earlobe (not sure how), then a day later my lymph node under my ear got a little swollen, later that day it got even more swollen. It hurts from my earlobe all the way down my neck, and very painful when I turn my head in the slightest. Should I be concerned? What can I do to make the swelling and pain stop?

Sadly you really won't get a lot of help online. This is really something that should be seen by a doctor. I wish we could help, but we can only guess what's going on, and guesses really aren't in your best interest.
