I'm 26 I have two children and married. I am a can in a nursing home. My husband does not work and my children rarely behave. I let everything build up instead of talking to anyone and I'm constantly stressing about bills being late, always having no money, why the children won't behave for anything, etc. I just want to know how can I relief some of the stress I deal with everyday.

Talk about problems and issues every day.
Children do not always behave, that is why parents have to make them.
Your husband should be taking care of them, since he is not working.
Money is low, so you budget and do your best.
So how are children not behaving and how can you fix that ?

Sit down with papers and pencils and work out lists with each other (I assume the kids are too young to join in).
Negotiate and compromise. It sounds like dad isn't doing his 'job' of parenting, but don't say negative things like that - work on what he needs to do in positive terms. Also work on ways to save money by doing a budget and sitting down over a ledger together once a month.
He can make some money part time around town and selling things online or something, and it will make him feel better.
