Hi I have had a slightly different discharge that did have an odor but now seems there isn't, but the discharge is still present. I also see really tiny tiny circles but only visible when I stretch the skin down there, it seems to be more red than usual and an inflammation of the vulva as well. I have no itching, burning while peeing, or discomfort. It seems there's a bit more creases as well. I tested for stds and all came back negative, they told me it doesn't seem to be too serious and should clear on their own. I have had this for almost a month now and it's still looks the same, it closest resembles thrush but I don't have the itching or any symptoms other than it looks closest to it. I'm going for a pap test in 15 days, but this has been stressing me out because I just want it to be normal down there again. I left a tampon in for way too long and the doctor said it's probably from that, but how long does it take to clear on its own if it isn't a yeast infection. And can thrush or others go away on their own?

I'm sorry but we really can't tell you what's causing this, it's impossible to diagnose online.
A yeast infection can at times clear up on its own, depending on what you eat, how you clean yourself and what you use to clean yourself. It's not common, but it can happen. But, if they tested you, which you stated they did, they would have found a yeast infection.
You're going for a pap test in 2 weeks? Did they do a pap test when they tested for STD's and told you it seemed to be okay?

They did not do a pap test that day, they tested for stds only. They said my symptoms didn't look too alarming and not worry, just go for the pap test in January and they'll check for everything if it's still there. I'm scared it could be HPV but they don't resemble warts in anyway. They are seriously tiny tiny red like ulcer looking more but not big enough to be one. Yeah they tested for the yeast infection and it came back negative so it cannot be that.

What did they do to test for yeast?
Sadly the symptoms you're describing can be attributed to many different things.
I have to ask, when you were tested for this, what sort of doctor did you go to? Did you go to a Gynecologist or your regular family doctor, or another doctor?
I don't know of any Gynecologist that would wait this long to test when there's been an issue for this long.

I was tested for this around December 14th I think. They took a swab test, 3 blood samples for HIV and HPV and a piss test. I cannot remember what was for what. I went to a regular family doctor first then to the lab to get tested for all the stds since she said it could be just to make sure since I did have unprotected sex *yes stupid* with a person I didn\t really know. And so I did and she said if you have any discomfort or anything like that come back right away if not otherwise just wait till your pap test on the 15th. And yes exactly, it seems to be more of an infection that can be cleared with medicine and not a life lasting disease though. I just hope they will be able to diagnose it and give me the correct medicine for it.

I hope they can too. I'm sorry we couldn't be of more help online. Sadly diagnosing anything online is impossible to do. I hope you get the treatment you need, and I wish you the very best of luck. Please come back and let me know how it goes.
Good luck. :)
