If you live in the UK, you will have to meet all of the requirements for a busienss in the UK, since that is where your business is located.
Also not meaning this wrong since my spelling is poor but to do internet business you do need to improve your spelling and grammar quite a bit so people can you better.

Also more info as to what type of sells, or what type of equipment and the such
