I have hot water baseboard. There are 6 baseboards on the 1 floor (sep. zone). The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom get hot. The living room and dining room do not get hot. I tried bleeding the 2 baseboards. Water ran out immediately but ice cold. All the pipes in the basement are hot. I am at a loss. What should I do.

Bleed the baseboard until you get hot water. Somewhere along the line you will likely get air as well.

Bled both baseboards till the water ran hot. Got a few Psst's out. The baseboards started getting warm. Then went back to being cold. I ran it so much I had to keep going down to put more water in the boiler. I am at my wits end. Any other suggestion?

If you bled the baseboard with the circulator on, try bleeding with the circulator off. Sometimes the circulator will cause air to trap in certain areas.

OK, I ran about 6 (5 gal) buckets through the boiler, got a ton of air. Ran it till no bubbles appeared. No heat in the baseboard. Re-bled the baseboards again till the water ran hot, no Pssst's came out. Baseboards go back to being cold. I am totally at a loss at this point.

Are you sure the zone valve is opening (if equipped with zone valves) & the circulator is running? Pictures of the boiler & near boiler piping would help.
