Ok, I took the morning after pill about 6 days ago. The only way I could be pregnant is off pre ***. I felt no side effects after taking the pill. But 5 days after the pill I started getting light cramps. Ever sense then I've been having cramps for the past two days. Is this just a side effect or could I possibly be pregnant? I don't expect my period for another 19 days. I have never felt so stressed out in my life.

Yes. Yes it can be either, there is no way to know now. The early fluids can make you pregnant, and Plan B is not 100 percent effective.

Plan B also has 100's of possible side effects, some not noticed for weeks.
