Okay for two months I haven't had my period. I have been taking birth control and I know I'm not pregnant I've taken two tests already and came out negative to both of them. I cramped and spotted the day I was suppose to start but it stopped just like that. It freaked me out. I don't know what to do. I get bloated, I get very little cyst ruptures and every now and then I would cramp a little. But it seems that my cycle is having trouble, I don't know what to do. I'm only 17, how can I start my period on track again? Any herbs, homemade products that would possibly help me start my period.

Two negative tests does not mean you're not pregnant, false negatives are very common.

When you tested did you test using first morning urine?

At this point I'd get a blood test done, but even then some women don't get a positive until well into their second trimester of pregnancy. It's actually pretty common.

Now, there are other things that can cause you to miss a period or more, some include stress, diet, medication, weight loss, weight gain, illness, etc. If you're concerned about this than you should see a doctor, there are no home remedies to get your period started, especially if you're pregnant.

Good luck.

Are you having sex? We are assuming that you are.

Otherwise, how has life been? Stress? Illness? New medications?

Well to be honest I don't think I am pregnant, but then again I know a lot of women say that. And I know you might say " just because you think that
doesn't mean you are pregnant or not." And yes I took both of them in them
Morning. But honestly I don't think I am cause I didn't feel anything go in me when I had sex. I will have a blood test to make sure. Can it also be
My birth control pills that can cause a missing period? I was told that it can do that.
