If you have a bench warrant for missing a court date can you fly to another country without getting arrested at the airport

Very unlikely, they always run ID checks on all paaengers.. Answer the warrant and take care of it... or they will follow you for years.. even the rest of your life.

Im trying to take care of it but I need to make sure I can do a safe background check without it showing up in the background check

As long as that warrant is out its VERY likely to be flagged when the airlines do their checks... and they do check EVERY passenger leaving and flying into the country. Even thouse flying inside the USA.

Is there any free website that I can check to see if I really do have one? & will it show up in a background check I just recently applied for a Hha home health aid job

Not that I know of personally... but you can go to a police station or courthouse and have them check. The systems in one state talk to all the others... and if there is one it will turn up.
I need to ask is how are you not sure? Once issued they do not expire or run out... You can literally get arrested 40 years after a warrant is issued if its not dealt with.
Will you get arrested for having a warrant on upaid parking tickets halfway across the country... probibly not but it is possible... the more serious the more likely you will be taken into custody and held. And its not just the Airport... it can happen if you get stopped for a burned out light... ( I know someone who was).
