I have little poison ivy type of bumps. I scratched. I thought I just had a scratch. Now it has spread to most of my arm AND around my eyes. My eye lids and around them. It hurts. I only have Medicare and no primary Dr. So I would have to go to an E.R. tomorrow. I can't see very well in the dark.

Only on 1 side of your body? If yes, possibly Shingles.

Besides the obvious (going to ER or dermatologist), you can try going to Google (http://www.google.com), click on the images icon in upper right corner and then enter shingles, poison ivy, etc., whatever you think it could be into the search bar...
