So I couldn't get a hold of my Dr and my clinic doesn't have a nurse that I can talk to. I'm 32 weeks and have been having a lot of stomach pain. Feels like a stomach ache deep inside. It comes along with nausea, dizzy spells, and I get a bit shaky. Also noticed some constipation. Yesterday I had about 4-5 braxton hicks within 15 minutes with all the above symptoms. I know I'm not have braxton hicks today, just the stomach pains with the above symptoms. I don't want to rush into the hospital if it's nothing. Been laying down with my feet up and drinking plenty of water. Any advice would help. Thank you.

I don't think you need to go to the ER but making an appointment with your doctor for your earliest possible convenience would be smart.
