Put in a new blower motor because old one was making a weird winning noise but now all put back together motor won't turn on any advice be for ipay to have a pro come out

Are you sure you got the set screw tight on the motor shaft & the fan is not jammed against the side of the housing? Is it the correct motor? Wired correctly? Can't hurt to double check.
