I had sex with my boyfriend last night and after, we noticed that the condom had ripped. We aren't sure when it ripped but just in case I used my birth control lo loestrin fe as an emergency contraceptive. My question for you is how should I go about re-regulating my birth control. Because today is Sunday and by the end of the night, I will have taken my birth control pills all the way until Wednesday. How should I go about taking my pills from here on out?

I researched it and by taking two of my birth control pills at once then two more twelve hours later, it gives my body the same contraceptive hormones as the plan be pill. But yes, I take my birth control every day, at the same time almost religiously

You should not stop taking them every day. You do not re regulate, you take them every day,just as normal. The ones taken for emergency should have been extra ones from another pack or ones purchased.
