IT'S NOT THE LEPRECHAUN NOR THAT STEPHAN KING MOVIE

I remember seeing this when I was 9. it was on HBO. It was about a family moving into a big house and they had 2 children I think. A little boy and girl. And the little girl had a playhouse that she would go into and at some point the gnomes start talking to her and she starts interacting with them every time she went into the playhouse and in the end the gnomes all gather up and try to attack the family but they end up getting burned

Self-appointed handyman warns Iver Hagen them for 'things worse than ghosts' and ever scarier things happen.
