I can't remember much about the video, and even less about the song itself.

All I remember is dance tune from late 90's to early 2000-ish

I think the video follows two people walking around town, similar to 'bad day' but I remember a girl on a escalator and windows.. along with bright lights. (not strobe lights) more like coloured lights on side of a building.

I know its not much.. but I'm stuck, been looking for this for hours.
