Hi. I am 32 and currently not on any form of birth control. I am 10 days late for my period. I have had some cramps and brown discharge but that's it. Every pregnancy test I've taken has been negative. Any ideas as to what's going on?

You're testing too early.

The earliest you should test is 2 weeks (14 days) after a missed period. Make sure to test using first morning urine, your very first pee of the day.

If that test is negative wait for your next period. If you miss it, test again or get a blood test done.

Some women don't get a positive result until well into their second trimester, so for now treat yourself as if you're pregnant. No drinking, no smoking, start taking prenatal vitamins.

I was the same for my pregnancies, tested after 4 days or sooner with each one, and got a positive within seconds. But I have since learned that I am by far the norm, and even if that's the norm for the pregnancies I've had, each one is different, like you said.
