You know when you look online for help, no one's situation is exactly like yours? Well no one's as simplistic as mine. I have not taken any medications, healthy as a horse, had 3 kids and now at 30, my tubes have been tied for just under 2 years. I only had implantation spotting for a day with my 3rd child, nothing with the first two. This last month I had a period, normal. Two weeks later, I had what appeared to be implantation spotting, only it was 4 days longer than I expected. I had a day after that when I discharged some whitish mucus, then nothing. It's been about 4 days now and nothing. I have been a little tired and to be safe, have seriously limited my caffeine intake. Took a test, it's negative. Am I crazy or could I be pregnant? When should I be testing again? If not pregnancy, is there a possibility something is really wrong with me?

You should test two weeks after a missed period so you have a ways to go. Before that point the chances for a False Negative are high.

IT could also be some random mid period bleeding and not implantation at all. The chances of getting pregnant after having your tubes tied is insignificant but present. How did they tie them? Do you know?

How has your health been as well?
