You should not post your Email address and phone number on a public form.
This is not Harbor freight. Harbor Freight would not have parts for anything they sell. Their stuff is just too cheap to repair.
You say you need a replacement motor. I say why? The motors in almost all and especially all cheap bath exhaust fans are little shaded pole motors. Theses are simple, cheap motors the will run for ever. They don't have much starting power but will last forever.
The reason that they stop running is because of the humidity in a bathroom, and because they are not used that much. Because of this, corrosion develops on the motor shaft where the shaft fits in the end bearings. The bearings are bronze so the bearings do not corrode, only the shaft.
Remove the motor and fan from the housing, disassemble the motor as instructed below. Sand the shaft, lubricate and reassemble.
This is less time and work than replacing the motor, even if Harbor Freight had one to give you.
Note: The two screws you are instructed to remove below, probably also hold the mounting strap. Pay attention as to how the mounting strap fits. It does not matter how the bearings and rotor fit but if you get the mounting strap turned around things won't line up when you put the motor and fan back in the housing.
Usually there is a nut (that you can't see) on the screws that you have to remove before you can unscrew the screw.

"This is not Harbor freight. Harbor Freight ..." Your eyesight is getting bad Harold, post says Harbor Breeze! Same opinion though.

OK, the eyes are getting dim and the brain is getting dull, but Harbor Breeze still uses the little shaded pole motors which I can make run like new in about 15 minutes. Too bad I can't do the same for the brain.

I think your brain is fine. Auto correct and fat fingers cause this!
