I had unprotected sex twice last Saturday. Im not ssupposed to get my period for another week or so. For the past 3 days I've had cramps and on and off light bleeding. Is it possible these are signs of pregnancy?

No, it is too soon. The first manifestation of pregnancy is missing your period. Since its not due yet, the symptoms have other sources.
