When I turn on any water out let, pressure drops from it's usual 60psi to under 10psi then goes on a irregular jumping from 10 to 50 and between for a while then stays under 10 until I turn the water off from the tank to the house. It then rises back to the 60psi until I open the value then it drops rapidly and you hear the pump turn on and off quickly and then stays at 10psi until I turn the value off from the tank to the house... Does anyone have an idea what could be the issues here? Thank you in advance!!

At the mercy of my Tank!

That is exactly correct.

You have a ruptured bladder and the tank is water logged.

HK is correct. Your tank has an air valve at the top. Depress the valve stem for a few seconds. It is quite likely that water will come out. If it does, then your tank should be replaced. You can do a "get by" if you want to. Turn off the system and drain the tank's pressure by opening a faucet. Use an air compressor to put 20 or 30 pounds of pressure in the tank. Turn the system back on and you should be good, but it won't last but several weeks. Only long-term solution to a ruptured bladder is replacement.
