I am 12weks pregnant and I have been throwing up a lot I can't keep ANYTHING down and I have been spitting like a fountin I can fill up 1to2 1pint water bottle a day. I stay gagging up thick mucus from my throat because if I swallow it will make me feel like I got to throw up so I spit it out. What can I do or eat to keep it down? I think I'm getting very dehydrated and weak my body sometime get the shakes cause I be that weak .please help me
