If you are currently on probation and a 15 year old. Outstanding felony warrant pops up can you get violated ? Even if the other state doesn't want to pick that individual up on the outstanding felony warrant ?

Did the felony happen before, you were on probation ?
But yes, if there is a warrant out for you, you should normally not get probation, until this was cleared. You need to work this out with your PO officer

Hello f:
You can only be violated from events that occurred WHILE you were on probation... That doesn't mean they won't try. They will. It just means you have a VERY GOOD defense at your violation hearing.
