I am srivalli, 29 year old. I have an intense problem with Dandruff as a result of which my hair started falling heavily. Also, each strand of my hair has lost its thickness. Hair has become dry and frizzy with no shine in Hair. My hair is 1/4th of what it used to be.

Something I have to mention here is I visited USA and lived there for 5 months and I have a water change. Now, after coming back to Hyderabad, my hair started falling heavily.

Can you please suggest me a anti-dandruff medical treatment(shampoo)/routine so I can eradicate dandruff and work on improving my routine for hair.

Can you explain what you mean by 'water change?'

Hair and scalp problems are often a combination of poor diet, stress, and possibly a skin infection. Take a B complex vitamin and wash your hair with anti-bacterial hand soap, the kind in the bottle. It may be that the food you ate in the US was lacking in all the nutrients you get at home, and it will get better on it's own. I don't know of a dandruff shampoo that really works.
