I need the name of a spanish language movie maybe from south america about a woman in modern day times who is either a writer or photographer who travels to Patagonia (I think) to find out about her aunts or grandmothers past. In flashback the movie is set in 1920s or 1930s and there is a freight pilot involved with the aunt/grandmother. Aunt/grandmother is a prostitute and also is in love with another woman. There is tango dancing but this is not part of the plot.
I saw this in the 1990s or early 2000s.
