Ali Amalik
Powerboost tab.which consists of multivtamins, Minerals, Gensing extract.

Still I don't have a response from any doctor, but my wife already had an abortion.
Still she is suffering in gas-trouble and hurt burning and very painfull stool after.

Yes , no result found of pragnency by urine test. My wife's menstrual periods are absolutely normal. Please tell us the medication to get the a baby.

My sperms are 49% active. Is that enough to be able to get my wife pregnant?

So you suspect the child is not yours? Otherwise I haven't a clue what you are saying.

You will have to be patient and wait for the doctor to find out if your wife is pregnant or not.

I really wish we could help. It sounds like you're having issues with conception. I do have to wonder why your wife had an abortion if you want a child so badly. Or was the baby not yours? Was this before you married?

Your doctor will know best how to direct you, he/she has your medical history, access to your bodies for testing, knows the medications you're taking, etc.

It takes the average couple 1-2 years to conceive once they actively start trying. If there are issues with sperm count, or your wife, your doctor really is the best one to talk to about it.

Good luck.

I am assuming that English is not your first language. As a primarily English speaking site, your post is extremely hard to interpret.

With that said, with sperm motility of only 49%, it will be very hard for your wife to get pregnant. There are no foods or medications she can take as this is a problem that is not controllable by her, but a condition you suffer from. There is no cure for this either. It will be the luck of the draw if she gets pregnant by you.

As an aside, if the two of you are trying to get pregnant, the question of the abortion arises. If you are trying so hard, why did she have an abortion? It is possible that was your only change to have a baby with only 49% motility.
