I just found out I am 3 weeks pregnant and I have already had to miscarriages before. What can I do to be able to carry this one full term?

I'd start by booking an appointment with an OB/GYN... and listen to their advice based on their intimate knowledge of your past medical history... and current one... something nobody online can do.

Eat healthy, take your prenatal vitamins, stop drinking alcohol or smoking cigarettes, stop any recreational drugs, contact your doctor for any concerns.
There are no guarantees with pregnancy. Even if you do everything right, sometimes you miscarry. It happens to the healthiest of women, women that have carried other babies to term with no issues. You can only do the best you can, follow the guidelines for a healthy pregnancy, and hope for the best.
Good luck, and congrats. :)

Can a reason I miscarry is because of the guy?

No. Miscarriages normally happen because of a defect with the embryo, a defect in the woman, failure to implant properly, bad lifestyle, etc. etc.
Unless the guy is hitting you in the stomach, he isn't the cause for a miscarriage.

Not that I have heard... but there are a lot of possible reasons. And its usually because something went wrong (almost anything)... and isn't necessarily anyone's fault, (but sometimes is as was pointed out by Alty).
