Note that the best vitamin to take is the one that is suggested by your doctor. It will contain the vitamins and more that are in the algomed and they're more reliable. Supplements like this may or may not contain what they say because they're largely unregulated.

Be careful and do your research. Don't be fooled by the "big pharm" boogey man or the health/natural propaganda. Modern medicine is where it is at because of research test and result while snake oil will always be snake oil.
