The original roll out switch fell apart.I put in a new one and it still is tripping off .Doesn't when side cover is off.Heat exchanger and burner manifolds were replaced 3 years ago.

If the switch doesn't trip with the cover off but does otherwise, it would seem you have a combustion air problem. What exactly do you mean by "side cover"?
