I have a lump on the side of my neck that is the size of a dime and hurts. It's in the lymph node area. One right underneath of it that seems attached and it is pea sized and harder to find. And one more on the other side that is pea sized and 1 inch above the middle of my collar bone.

"Is it Cancer?" Certainly can't diagnose over the internet. Go to your doctor, or a doctor and see what they think. They may suggest a biopsy to determine what exactly the lump is. Hopefully it is not cancer but only hoping is false hope.

Have you visited your healthcare provider?
Lymph nodes tend to swell due to infection in the body, are you experiencing any type of cold, or infection?
I certainly would not jump to the "C" word so fast, unless you have some reason to say otherwise (such as you have a previous history/family of that kind of cancer)
I personally experience swollen lymph nodes in my neck any time I get a throat infection.
If your ever unsure or worried I would suggest visiting your family physician to check you out, they will be able to do a more accurate assessment on you.

I don't know what to put down. So how about do you think it sounds like cancer or something of that fact. Stupid internet. Even the online nurses are stupid. I don't have medicaid and I can go see a doctor so I guess it doesn't matter what in the hell it is.

Even the online nurses are stupid Quite the opposite. Firstly, no nurse answered your question until now. I am the only nurse here. Secondly, it is beyond the scope of practice for a nurse to diagnose.

Now, to diagnose cancer you would need to have some bloodwork and a biopsy done. That can't be done over the "stupid internet."

Lastly, it is quite possible that you don't have cancer but have an underlying infection that is asymptomatic aside from the enlarged lymph nodes.

No, this does not sound like cancer.

I apologize as there is no way I can assist you through the magic world of the internet, only give you advice.
Are you having any other types of adverse symptoms? If you do maybe there is a connection.
How old are you?
Is there no other way to visit a physician/health care provider without medicaid?

You can always see a doctor. Look into local health clinics. You may have to find a way to pay but GO! No more disparaging comments please.
