I am 17 yrs old and I've been told I had gastritis about a year ago and it made sense because my dad and grandma suffered from ulcers. I feel like I can't eat normally and I have to watch everything I eat or it makes me sick. I be feeling sick almost everyday or my stomach is upset and nauseous . I hate this mostly because (it might sound ridiculous) but I feel like I have a fear of throwing up. It's just the worse feeling ever and I don't want to end up with a more serious problem like ulcers. Please help :(

There are several different types of gastritis. Which do you have?
With your diagnosis you should have been given resources on how to manage your disease. If you haven't received those then you should book an appointment with your doctor.

I know they have gave me but I stopped taking them. But I would like to know some remedies instead of just medication. Constipation happens to and I feel like my stomach is hard and it Burns at times and it just keeps me up all night..

So you stopped taking the medication that your doctor's gave you to find a different way of regulating your disorder? For the love of pink unicorns why? There are several separate disorders that are under this umbrella name. One of these is curable with antibiotics. So if that was the one you had you just nixed your cure in favour for some a different remedy. That is incredibly short sighted.
Which particular form of this disorder do you have?
This disorder, along with a few others, can be regulated but it takes a concerted effort on your part to follow through and stick to the plan. This plan has to be doctor approved and sanctioned or you could be doing harm to yourself. I am convinced you're doing that anyway.
My advice. Take the medication your doctor prescribed to you. On your next visit to a medical professional, one with an alphabet soup of letters after his name that include MD, talk to them about alternative treatments. Only then do you stop your medication.
